Can I get tech support BEFORE I purchase?
ABSOLUTELY. If you aren't sure what you need or aren't sure if a product will work the way you want, contact us with the details. We'd much rather head off an unsuitable item before we ship to you than make you return it after.
How quickly do you ship?
USUALLY THE SAME DAY. Orders received before 2PM CT on weekdays or 10AM CT on Saturdays will usually ship the same day. Sunday and holiday orders will ship the next business day. We'll email you if for any reason we can't ship within 48 hours.
Do you sell internationally?
YES, but international sales MUST BE ARRANGED BY CONTACTING US. Tell us your needs, we will give you a shipping quote and invoice you. Note that there are certain countries we will not ship to, including South Africa, Russia, and China (including Hong Kong).
You can also use a forwarder such as MyUS or Aramex to purchase directly from this site using a domestic mailing address.
Can I cancel an order?
ABSOLUTELY, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Once the package goes to the Post Office, you need to arrange a return.
Are your returns free?
NO, BUT YOU'LL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE. We don't charge any restocking or other fees unless there's a problem with the returned merchandise.
Do WM products have a warranty?
YES. Officially 90 days, but we can often go past that depending on the circumstances. First, contact us so we can direct you how to test the item to make sure it has a problem. If it does, WM will usually want the item back for analysis and we'll pay your postage. Note that GKGoodCheapParts supports all the WM products with an at-cost replacement policy out to 3 years from date of purchase (cost for most items is around half the retail price).
Do you accept volume orders?
YES. We're pleased to work with industry professionals, and can offer substantial discounts on orders of 5 pieces or more of any Widget Man product. Volume orders are quoted and invoiced separately from regular online purchases, so please contact us. Note that large volume orders may require a lead time.
