This neat device will power any 3-wire Hall or resistive sensor at 8V, 5V, or anyV from a 12V or 24V supply. It can deliver 1A of current and can be used to power any WM adaptor and not just sensors, with excellent protection against spiky or ripply electrical systems. That makes it ideal for older rides with dicey power or ground buses. It also provides the pullup resistor most Hall sensors require, with no need for extra components or wiring. The 6-pin hookup is designed to allow seamless "pass through" when interfacing to a Hall sensor's 3-wire harness, with an extra ground wire and signal wire on each side. If you don't need the pullup, such as using it to power a model FPMS temperature sensor, it can be disabled simply by throwing a switch. The unit is temperature rated to 225F and epoxy sealed to live in an engine box, and can be made completely weatherproof (IP65) by sealing the adjustment pot and DIP's with a dab of RTV. It's also fully compatible with all the other Widget Man products, including the popular BTA Universal Tach Converter and FPM Brushless Fan Controller, and can even be used to power WM adaptors in a 24V system!
