Put simply, the RSA is the best RPM window switch EVER. Get full window functionality with 4 button-pushes and zero engine configuration. Or get simple on-off function with two pushes. The RSA uses a patented technique to adapt itself to whatever coil or sensor you hook it to, safely in the garage using any tachometer for calibration. Just program the setpoints at half the RPM you actually want, keeping your engine safe instead of trying to push buttons while redlining down the street. The RSA automatically learns the signal rate for your engine and does the rest. The RSAv10 has been redesigned to use up to 7 external relays instead of the single onboard relay in the original, and a 30/40A 5-pin type is included in the kit along with a pigtail socket. The input is also selectable to accommodate high speed digital and sine signals from crank and VSS sensors, up to an astonishing 480,000 pulses per minute (4 times the maximum of the original RSAv00). It has 8-pulse averaging for signal stability, and since it can use almost any relay you choose, using it NC to cut out the A/C at high RPM is no more complicated than using it NO to cut in a solenoid. Or cut in an extra fuel pump, or hook it to the VSS and cut out the radiator fan above 70 mph (although you may need to program that on the road).
